Data Remediation & Data profiling
- Ensured Data quality remediation and accuracy between the Golden source and transaction processing systems to ensure the truth of the data.
- Delivered Dashboard status on a daily basis & maintained nil error throughout the project.
- Entrusted sole responsibility of Remediation activities for IN & KL Hubs.
- Preparation of Remediation Backlogs and set Mode of execution for GPOS discussion.
- Document verification of all the clients to meet up with the data quality measures and delivered correct values for Back-end upload.
- Metrics update of Remediation & provided inputs of Capacity projection on a Monthly basis.
- Ensured Collaboration with KL Team to provide guidance on Hub-status.
- Trained New Joiners by providing them clear guidance with the combination of skills and knowledge gained.
Data Reporting & Data Investigation
- Procured training on DQ Investigation and Reporting of SCI vs TP system and ensured to understand the workflow from the base with the help of training sessions and DOI.
- Contributed ideas to conduct Doubts and clarifications session post training.
- Within a short span of time, started Quarterly Investigation of Transaction processing systems vs SCI Reconciliation.
- Handed additional responsibility on Regulatory activities reconciliation & CDMI remediation.
- Initiation of FEDX requests and obtaining BO approvals for the reports extraction.
- Presenting in Remediation forum calls to address technical issues to change management team.
- Contributed ideas to make use of Data mart facilities from Inhouse team to procure Profile open dates in order to reduce initiation of fedx requests.
GBS IMO-Help desk activities
- At service for Static data maintenance, Offboarding and Authorised Signatory activities.
- Within a short span of time, Initiated Bulk SDM requests whilst training period.
- Handed sole responsibility of UK offboarding requests and backlogs.
- Ensured to learn three critical services being rendered by team and deliver guidance and service to RM/CM queries at all.
- Assigning daily volumes and tracking number of requests received on a daily basis.
- Proactively managing requests in employee's absence & escalations no matter when.
- Conducting Team building activities every friday.
- Delved into Openspan runtime and Pega installation & execution of the programme to run Bulk SDM requests.
- Training peers on Offboarding requests initiation and process steps.
- Procured cross training in SCI profile creation-ETB and Profile creation via BCA.
