Development of mature coconut water, an agro-industrial waste as laboratory media for routine cultivation of microbes

• Compared mature coconut water media with routine laboratory media in terms of microbial growth.
• Applied statistical optimization techniques (P-B design, RSM) to identify key factors affecting microbial growth.
• Conducted regression analysis and ANOVA using Minitab 17 to evaluate individual and two-way interaction effects.
• Validated experimentally using Nutrient Agar as a comparative medium to chart growth curves of bacterial and fungal strains.

Comparative analysis of medicinal properties and druglikeness of Withania somnifera and Allium sativum with respect to the inhibition of Spike glycoprotein in SARS-CoV-2

• Performed in-silico docking of screened Indian medicinal plant phytochemicals on the interface of ACE2 and the Receptor Binding Domain of Spike Glycoprotein targeting the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
• Identified key amino acid residues involved in ligand interactions and confirmed the bioavailability of compounds.
