• Qualifying inquiries through client coordination and collaboration with frontend sales team.
• Coordinating the preparation of setting designs, calculation sheets, and quotations within specified timelines.

• Collaborating with clients to convert RFQs into confirmed orders

Post-Order Activities:

• Managing order entry, job booking, and kickoff meetings.
• Obtaining work order approvals, along with client commercial and technical approvals.
• Coordinating with various departments for system design and execution.
• Negotiating with suppliers and placing purchase orders.
• Ensuring timely procurement and issuing drawings for production.
• Verifying supplier's order acknowledgment (OA) and ensuring on-time material delivery.
• Preparing checklists for internal/FAT testing and documenting the results.
• Coordinating item delivery and providing assistance for site commissioning.
• Managing documentation for the entire project, including client submittals.

Project Responsibilities

• Coordinating all post sales activities till project completion
• Onsite Survey and project designing using designing apps
• Preparation of drawings and layouts
• Material list preparation as per site requirement
• Review of quotations - finalizing after negotiation
• Purchase order, Proforma Invoice Preparation
• Outsourcing work to contractors and agreeing on terms and conditions
• Finalizing products and ensure their supply at site on time.
• Project coordination and onsite supervision of structural work and electrical works
• Paper works for energization related to KSEBL and Electrical Inspectorate
• Proper communication with clients and solving their concerns
• Commissioning of site and handover of sites
• Coordinating Service activities and maintaining registers
• Ensure the productivity of the plant through online monitoring portal and ensuring the productivity.

Sales Responsibilities

• Coordinating the sales staffs and validating their cases

Accounts and HR Responsibilities

• Accounts management –Entering data’s in tally and preparing data’s for Audit
• Updating cash and bank entries details in Tally Software
• Coordinating all day to day activities at the office and general requirements of the company
• Coordinating recruitment project cycle from sourcing and screening of CV’s till the vacancies
• are filled and exit formalities
• Coordinating and conducting exit interviews and other exit formalities
• Creating and maintaining employee database and personal files
• Conducting joining formalities and orientation to newly hired employees
• Preparing and updating employee attendance report on a daily basis

• Drawing Transformer design using AutoCAD software
• Trained in Assembly shop and gained experience in technical drawings, transformer assembling and testing
• Calculating Man-hour
