- Built the Product Management practice (4 Product Managers & 15 Business Analysts) and coached them on skills needed to succeed like driving with high degree of ownership and advocating customer needs.
- Identified an un-served market need and launched the CORE Mapper product. Led to ~ USD1 Million increase in annual license revenue (~15% of product revenue)
- Identified product upgrade as a priority and convinced the leadership to invest in a UX refresh and move to micro services architecture from SOA
- Identified new monetization opportunities – multi-tenant version of existing products for the small plan market and launching UXaaS while leveraging existing end user capabilities
- Enhanced product capabilities & lowered time to market through adoption of tools and partnerships – Personal rate of return, Retirement readiness tools, DocuSign, GIACT, SendGrid and Payroll provider integrations
- Retired a product that had some inefficiencies, and replaced it with a combination of offerings from products within our current suite – leading to 2X efficiency gains for customers and reduced internal spends on maintenance and upkeep
