* Prevent breaches of aviation security and safety in the area assigned and attend to any such matters which come to the notice of the officer.

* Update the Security Programme to correct deficiencies and to maintain it in accordance with requirements.

* Adhere to all regulations and relevant Aviation Security legislation, Aviation Crimes Act, ICAO annex 17 and the Civil Aviation Act.

* Maintain liaisoning with local, State government, Stake Holders and other related government agencies.

* All times stay connected and establish an excellent liaison with all regulatory offices incl BCAS, MHA, DGCA, Police Dept, Airport Authority and other appropriate authorities.

* Record, notify & take corrective actions on all potential risks, threats, deviations and or any eventuality and always have a contingency plan.

* Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

* Report all actual or suspected acts of unlawful interference to the Appropriate Authority for security and Maintain proper record.

* Handling Admin department and Human Resources (Payroll & Employee Engagement).

* Working for CONCESSION TO DESIGN, FIT-OUT, FINANCE, DEVELOP, MARKET, OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE FOOD & BEVERAGE OUTLETS for Surat International Airport.

* Admin,Security and Vigilance.

* Housekeeping,Horticulture and Catering.
* Developing Sop’s and Protocol for Guests.
* Guest Management and Assets Management.
* Monitoring all Activities.
* Liasoning with stake Holders & other Local Authority.
* Performs incident/adverse information reporting.

* Monitoring all actives related Security& Safety.
* Performs incident/adverse information reporting.

* Screening of Baggage & Cargo.
* Vigilance and Flight Supervision.
* Liasoning with stake Holders and Vendors.
* Documentation checks at Station level.
* Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action.

* Assist in the creation and development of security policies, procedures and programs.
* Develop the culture for problem solving and continuous improvement in the company.
* Improve the current System including development / improvement of procedures and SOPs to ensure compliance and enhanced customer satisfaction.
* Administor personnel security system for clearances and periodic reinvestigations.
