Experienced Engineering Director (Currently on Career Break) I am an Engineering Director with 23 years of experience in application integration, most recently leading and mentoring a 30-member team through the entire product lifecycle at Software AG. During my tenure, I led my team in architecting and delivering patented, low-code connectivity solutions for major SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, ServiceNow, NetSuite and many more using SOAP, REST and OData protocols. The connectivity framework I spearheaded became central to Software AG's integration business, enabling seamless cloud and on-premises enterprise integration. My experience includes managing global teams to develop cloud-based integration products and connectors across diverse technologies. By leveraging Software AG's iPaaS offerings (webMethods.io, Super iPaaS), we enabled secure, scalable hybrid connectivity and empowered users to integrate applications easily through low-code interfaces and automation tools, driving agility and efficiency for enterprise clients. Prior to transitioning into management, I spent nearly 16 years as an individual contributor, developing a range of products including ETL tools, Java Concurrency API testing solutions, JCA-based connectors, industry-standard implementations such as ebXML, SCA-based deployment tooling, and SaaS connectivity frameworks. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the skills and adaptability required in the fast-evolving IT industry. My experience has taught me that a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership are essential for driving product and team success.

I am currently on a career break, during which I have focused on personal health, family well-being, and the development of family-inherited assets. In addition, I have actively pursued my interest in equity markets by learning from seasoned industry veterans. Leveraging my technical background, strong analytical skills, and understanding of both technical and fundamental analysis, I have designed, built, and tested custom techno-fundamental investment strategies. This period has allowed me to further hone my research, data analysis, and strategic thinking abilities, ensuring I remain engaged with evolving industry trends and ready to contribute effectively in my next professional role.
