• Perform JCL modification-fetch & save/fetch & replace/adding restart card/manual jcl edit on developer's request. Adding requirements-add job/user message/hold through DB panel
• Late Analysis- posting requirements of job due to look back issue/checking long running jobs
• Monitoring Cics /vMX/ CAFEX/ COTROL-M/ SPLUNK ALERTS/ STORAGE/VSAM FILE/ Transaction queue and SKEL jobs
• Improving job performance by providing position/changing service class with approval
