• Reconciliation of portfolios on be half of internal subsidiaries and for Hedge Fund clients.

• Balance Reconciliation: Conduct monthly balance reconciliation of clients, both from custodian and client’s holding perspectives.
• Knowledge: Possessa good understanding of ISDA and CSA requirements . Basic understanding of CTA
• Work closely with upstream like margin and new business team and downstream - settlement to make sure a smooth functioning in dail y BAU.
• Responsible for checking any Operational , Regulatory Delays and Breaks that has to be resolved with EMIR Regulatory SLAs.
• Weekly and monthly call with on shore team and stakeholders to discuss all open breaks.
• Maintaining matching ratio of 98 % in portfolio by investigating breaks matched with differences.
• Good knowledge of confirmation tools like Transcom, WebFX , DTCC and Markit wire .
• Updating SOP at regular intervals to maintain standardized procedure for the process.

• Enhanced efficiency in portfolio reconciliation for a key client by collaborating directly with the Relationship Manager, resulting in positive feed back .
• Implemented automation for portfolio upload procedures within an internal subsidiary , reducing the risk of human error.
• Developed a macro for saving email attachments to a shared drive, resulting in an 11 % reduction in daily workload .
