Senior research manager and advanced statistical analyst with expertise in converting complex data into actionable intelligence. Proficient in creating impactful interactive dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Over three years of experience as a project coordinator managing large-scale quantitative research projects across Asia and Africa. Recognized for delivering high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments while ensuring data integrity and compliance with global research standards.
In my current role as Senior Manager, I lead the end-to-end execution of research projects, ensuring seamless coordination across operational workflows and field activities, while delivering outputs fully aligned with client objectives and expectations. As the primary point of contact for clients, I manage all key communications, build strong relationships, and ensure transparency, accountability, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
I directly supervise a team of Project Managers, providing leadership in project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery across complex research engagements.
I apply advanced statistical analysis to large-scale field data using SPSS and advanced Excel, transforming raw data into meaningful, decision-ready insights for clients and end-users. Through rigorous analytical frameworks, I produce comprehensive reports that support data-driven strategy, and informed decision-making. I further enhance reporting and user understanding through interactive dashboards developed in Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
As part of my Master's degree, I submitted a dissertation titled "Indebtedness, Farmers' Suicide, and Peasant Movement," which explored critical issues surrounding the agrarian crisis in India. The research focused on the socio-economic factors contributing to rising farmer indebtedness and suicide rates, and examined how these challenges have fueled the growth of peasant movements in various regions. Through a combination of literature review, field insights, and socio-political analysis, the study aimed to highlight the systemic causes of agricultural distress and the grassroots responses emerging from affected farming communities. This academic work deepened my understanding of rural economies, policy impacts, and social mobilization, and strengthened my ability to conduct issue-based research with both qualitative and analytical rigor.
