Responsibilities:

1. SAP System Management.

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

2. User Support and Training.

• Provide support to end-users by resolving functional and technical issues.
• Train employees on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Create user manuals, and conduct training sessions.

3. Business Process Optimization

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP solutions.
• Work with different departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales) to streamline workflows.
• Customize SAP modules according to business requirements.

4. Data Management and Reporting.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in SAP systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Maintain master data and transactional records.

5. Coordination with IT and Other Departments

• Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

6. SAP Project Management.

• Participate in SAP implementation and migration projects.
• Assist in requirement gathering, system testing, and deployment.

Production planning control:

• RM planning for everyday production.
