My role as a router at Global Centralized Commercial Servicing (GCCS) team at American Express gave me an opportunity to work with 70 + Global (including LAC, EMEA and JAPA) and corporate clients (including Cognizant, Oracle, Accenture and Amazon), where I am responsible for the maintenance of their corporate cards via the mode of e-mail(s). We provide a one stop solution to our clients at Global Centralized Commercial Servicing (GCCS). Over the span of 2 years, I have worked on software including Clic, Right Now tool, @work and @work reporting, GREG etc. Additionally, I am a part of the colleague engagement team at GCCS where, I engaged with my peer colleagues at the ground level, learnt about an employee’s well-being at work, held various fun / engaging activities to create a family-like bond among the employees.
