Use Case Name - Bulk User Record Changes (API Based Automation)

Application used - Salesforce, ServiceNow, VIA, Excel, Outlook, Python

Description - IQVIA is a global leader in healthcare consulting, technology and analytics. BURC is a part of Salesforce PSA process where IQVIA employee/Contractor raise Service-Now ticket to make changes related to email, Billable/credited utilization or enabling PIC fields of user records in bulk. This automation was fully completed API based. Bot will validate and update required fields as requested in batch of 25 records and upload final results CSV file to ticket for further validation from PSA admin team.


Use Case Name - CIW Claim Building and Payment (UI Based Automation)

Application used - Web Application, Java Application, Excel, Outlook and Desktop Claim Assignment Tool

Description - CIW Claim Building and Payment are two different processes handled by different teams, clubbed together to maintain flow of CIW claims processing. Need to build claims on Web application by extracting details from CIW claim forms received. Send Acknowledgement letter to insured and employer and upload a copy into claims. Upload claim documents in claim document portal. Once claim is build completed. Do pre-checks in Java applications for payment eligibility and process payments. Maintain report sheet of payment and push to manual cases and send to HO.
