- Analyze the technical data and requirements given by the client. Verify the 3D model with respect to the drawing or creation of the 3D model based on the client's inputs.
- Manage technical support for the introduction of new products. Prepare technical documentation such as standard operating procedures, safety programs, validation protocols, technical reports, engineering calculations, change controls, and other documentation as required.
- Develop manufacturing processes for machining, cycle time estimation, documenting process maps, driving process/fixture, tooling requirement, including setting up of the manufacturing line based, and running production trials.
- Knowledge in machining process for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling, turn milling, and mill turning machine operations.
- Leading the CFT team and developing PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for a project, along with organizing RRCA meeting in case of a part rejection.
- Responsible for Special Process, Assembly, Sub-Assemblies, Heat Treatment Procedures, Raw Material Selection, and Optimization as per Given Specifications or Standards.
- Successfully represented Sansera in many Quality Circle (QCC) and Kaizen competitions.
- Represented Sansera in cricket tournaments.
