• Developed key features for candidate management, including resume parsing and comparison with job descriptions, resulting in an efficient matching percentage calculation.
• Integrated multiple external APIs to validate real-time data and connect with third-party services, improving the overall data accuracy and system automation.
• Optimized database queries and enhanced system performance to support large datasets, ensuring scalability, and reducing response times.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, consistently delivering features on time, and aligning the development process with stakeholder requirements.
