• Implemented turbo vibrators in airside, increasing bulk material conveying rate from 4T/HR to 7.5T/HR . Boosted material conveying rate by 87.5% by enhancing efficiency.

• SPC improvement through logic modification & installation of presence sensor of high power consuming de-dust collectors. (unit consumption/day reduced from ~450units to ~115units)

• Highest breakdown of RMH department due to membrane damage solved by implementing low permeability membrane of 350mm of water column & high tensile bolts. Earlier MTBF was- (50-60) days & current MTBF is (300-320)days
• Worked on Duiron material breakdown project. With modifications in logic & field breakdown hrs reduced from 55hrs to zero.
• Worked on waste powder blitz for reduction of NHZ waste & reduce loss & waste. LCR implemented where system works on PDIT value of reverse jet filters which gives engineering control over leakages & spillages. waste powder rm reduced from 14T/month to 900kgs/month.
• BSM fittings of bellows with higher elasticity installed.
• Capex on single pressure vessel conveying taken & under implementation.
• Reduction in bearing life defect by changing lubricant grease. (saving of ~ 4lakhs/year)
• Led team in EHS & PM methodology, fostering a safer workplace and reducing incidents" to highlight leadership and impact on safety culture.
