• Built PBI Validation file with the help of internal PBI developer and successfully going ahead with the usage of the same. Now, i have improved the same as a friendly report.
• Pre-month Reporting Activities:
• Checking Management Reporting Details (MRD) for any changes available in the Unilever business or not, based on that details data availability and corrections should be done and UAT for the same.
• Previous month reports and retain pages should be made available for next month reporting by using movement macro files.
• By checking monthly reporting instructions, updating periods for next month in the source data (RPA files), validation files and MSRS report extraction files.
• Update Power BI reports with next month changes like periods, visualization changes and mapping file based on MRD changes.
• Co-ordinating with other teams if any changes to be considered for reporting.

Along with reporting we started moving towards automating manual tasks in our team, below are the tasks automated using my skills:

• Power Query: Source data filtration was tiresome work, we have found a way to do all that data transformations and filtrations through Power query connections, which improved our ways of working.
• Validation of reports exported: Manual Copy paste in validation file is changed using macro code and with mapping within secs by a single click validation was completed which improved efficiency and worked efficiently.
• Compilation: Manual Inserting PDF pages by using PDF editor was tiresome and tedious work. I prepared a Macro file to bundle the pages using the mapping.
• Validation Files: Manual Cross-checking pages where graphs plays major part are broken down to get that data in excel and built a file to validate in a faster and efficient way.

• Overheads Team
• From Business User point of view Daily reconciliation of data between sources like CFIN(SAP), A4O & IFinance relating to overheads data.
• Adopting Change Requests from Management
• Making sure that data relating to business is flowing into CFIN system correctly.
• If any corrections to be done we had a meeting with Source system team, where suggestions and corrections are provided to them.
• Automating the reconciliation process which reduces the tedious work.
• We corrected and did UAT and landed project with live reconciliation for 3 months which gave us the confidence to continue in the system.

Accounting:

• Preparation of Various Reconciliation statements such as FAR, Inventory, Payroll and BRS.
• Book keeping and accounting in TALLY & QuickBooks of clients data.

Statutory Audit:
