• Credit Officer: Have managed retail Credit portfolio of branch. Have handled all types of retail loans including Housing, Education, Car, Personal and Gold loan. Have overseen complete journey of loans starting from sourcing customers, document collection and then underwriting of loan till final disbursement. Got award for maximum loan disbursal by amount of about 3 crores in month
• Digital Lending: Have taken up recent initiatives of bank for better customer experience like Pre-Approved PL, Digital car loan etc. Responsible for making customers aware and avail benefits provided by bank to customers
• Compliance and monitoring- Have been responsible to assure proper compliance in loan journey adhering to RBI guidelines. Have also undertaken post disbursement maintenance and monitoring of loan book
• Inspection and audit- Audit is conducted in branch twice in financial year and I am responsible to complete compliance part before audit, help auditor through documentation and resolve points raised by auditor in stipulated amount of time
• Strategy for Business Growth- Have helped in business growth of loan book, advances, CASA for branch. Have devised strategies which can include cross-sell, campaigns, Pre-approved loans and other digital products
• NPA management and Recovery- Have been responsible for maintaining overall health of bank by ensuring collection of overdue and stop accounts from slippage to NPAs. Have also managed recovery in NPA accounts of branch which includes regular follow-up and persuasions to collect overdue from customer.

• Wealth management Schemes- Informing customers about various wealth management schemes such as Mutual fund investments, SIP’s, Life and health insurance available and providing the best suitable scheme for them
• Handled the CRM system of the branch and was involved in various day to day operations for smooth functioning of the bank
• Cash Handling- Handled cash inflow of almst 80 lacs to 1cr per day and was responsible for all cash deposits and withdrawals of the branch
• CASA- Opening of savings and current accounts through online digital platform
• Also sourcing of new customers for current/saving accounts for improving overall balances of the branch
• Online transactions- Have handled online transactions such as NEFT/RTGS at branch level
• Alternate Delivery Channels and Digital Platforms – Have helped the branch to promote alternate delivery channels such as ATM, Cash and cheque deposit machines and Digital platforms such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and UPI by encouraging customers to use them and educating them about our digital products which improves customer delight and benefits the bank to become a leading digital financial institution.
