Technology Policy and Regulatory Adherence Management Team (TPRM): Primary role as a Control Management Specialist is to execute routines to ensure a strong control environment.

• Monitoring and aligning new regulatory sources as well as regulatory changes, to ensure Technology functions of the Bank are compliant with all the necessary rules & regulations.
• Scope of reporting activities include status reporting for executive leadership on high impact authoritative sources, policy exception reporting and escalate identified coverage gaps through reporting routines.
• Performance of Data Quality Reviews of all completed mapping and reporting activities prior to storage in repository to ensure "audit ready" and for control testing purposes..

Corporate Risk Controls Group (CR): The primary role as a Control Management Associate is to support Risk and Control Self-Assessment - RCSA (End - End Execution of RAU's) requirements.

• Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of sustainable RCSA for corporate Risk - foundational element of the enterprise risk management framework based on end - to- end understanding of the business process, inherent risks, and the controls to mitigate them.
• Scope of activities include supporting execution team during end-end RCSA scope of work (From Data support - RCSA workshop - SHRP entry) and related requirements/activities.
• Also responsible to support CR execution team in data gathering and upload of various data/results in system of record (SHRP), populate templates that are used for RCSA, document approvals and final template versions to SOR.

Strategy, Planning and Governance Management Team (SPG): The primary role as an Operational Risk Associate is to support SPG team at I&P global in-house centre with a knowledge in operational risk types, risk & controls, operational risk management methodology, and tools required for risk management.

• Undertook review and challenge documentation of regulatory and authoritative source requirements maintained by front line teams to facilitate loading and mapping of requirements to COBIT, ISCR and ITCR in system of record (SHRP).
• Evaluate adequacy, control design and operating effectiveness of applicable internal controls and assist in develop, implement and support an effective control testing operating model to provide transparency, accountability and escalation of control effectiveness.
• Scope of activities include data analysis assistance,quality assurance, SHRP reporting, process and procedure documentation.

Federal Home Lending Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC): Investor reimbursement claims

• Reviewing & analyzing tax documents, hazard policies, utility bills, mortgage insurance premium, property preservation invoices, attorney invoices as per FHLMC guidelines and reach out to respective tax authority, hazard department, insurance company, attorney, third party vendors and utility companies for additional documentation.
• Scope of activities include quality check on loan processed by production team on daily basis, followup and loan reconciliation to ensure there is no impact to service delivery.
• Process trainer, subject matter expert and also responsible to perform anomaly audits for prepping process and report findings to stakeholders and LOB.

Income Analysis Data Submission Team - Retail (pre- underwriting process): Primary role as Mortgage Analyst is dealing with spreading of borrower's income from various sources into income analysis tool handling critical role of analyzing tax documents and complete task within deadlines.

• Responsible in reviewing of personal tax return documents- Form 1040, business tax-returns - 1065, Form 1120S, Form 1120, schedule K-1's of 1065, 1120S, 1120 & other schedules. (A,B,C,D,E,F,G) and processing financial information of customer data into software application, which in turn provide ratios and other vital information for further analysis.
