BACK OFFICE ENGINEER / Fault Management (BSS)

• Conversion of site from TDM to SCM , GBTS to eGBTS
• New feature implementation like cluster definition for AFLP feature activation, VAMOS and PDE feature implementation.
• CR implementation raised by NPI team for all type of RF parameter changes.
• LAC splitting activity of the BSC.
• Support to Field engineers for 2000/6000 series Ericsson BTS for fault rectification by RCA (root cause analysis).
• Providing BSS Front Office Configuration Support to achieve expansions (900/1800 MHz)
• Rectification of BTS Synchronization faults in ERICSSON RBS cabinet in case of sector split configuration by putting proper Master-Slave definitions.
