Peoplesoft configuration (2019 – 2022)

• Led Business As Usual activities, focusing on the consolidation and validation of requests from various countries, and the establishment of organizational structures.
• Creating new legal entities/business units, including configurations for AR and billing units, VAT entities, organizational mapping structures, allocations, standard hours, GL period updates, and global vendors. This involved updating table set controls and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
• Served as the primary point of contact for all Chart of Accounts requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversaw the creation and maintenance of bank accounts.
• Maintenance of the Trees (Org structure hierarchy).
• Managed name changes for legal entities and business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supported monthly migration activities from the testing environment to production, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

Deployment to SAP (2021 – 2022)

• In addition to monthly PeopleSoft activities, supported the deployment of Wave 6A countries to the Mercury platform.
• Delivered presentations to larger audiences as part of Deep dive to the countries.
• Contributed to critical activities including the preparation of codeblock mapping files, base tables, npay files, OPCR engagement files, and CAR files (country, area, and region). Additionally, generated mapping files to support project requirements.

Production support - SAP (2022 – till date)

BAU

• Responsible for manually consolidating all new requests for cost center creation and validating them using internal tool (BEM validation tool).
• Updating base tables in the internal database to ensure data accuracy.
• Generated mapping files utilizing the BEM_Toolbox and distributed them to the controlling team for review.
• Managed all requests related to external engagement cost center creation, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
• Actively participated in OPT (organizational planning tool) testing.

New company code

• Responsible for the requirement gathering and updating necessary OST templates and submitting them to the controlling team for database loading.
• Validating OPT submissions from countries, incorporating defaults and payroll lines as per requirements.
• Updating various internal tables with new company code details to ensure data consistency.
• Okb9 file preparation and circulating it to the company code team.
• Data validation in both quality and production environments, adhering to established timelines.
• Documented the entire process to ensure clarity and facilitate future reference.

Controlling (partial support)

• Was responsible for validating and moving the BAU data from OPT to OST.
• Reconciled requests submitted to OST with those from OPT to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Processed external engagement cost center requests, facilitating efficient operations.
• Uploaded External Cost Center (ECC) requests to the Mercury using Winshuttle.
• Distributed mapping files to the Talent and FICO teams to support collaborative efforts.
