- Data conversion from Legacy (Client) systems to in house State Street MO and FO system (IBOR-RKS and Charles River Investment Management System-CRD)
- Leading the project with a team of 5-10 members starting from client on boarding, preparing road map and timelines, discussing the BSD specification, data extraction, data validation, test case verification, data formatting, pre checks, issue log preparation, performing multiple events every 6 weeks to scrutinize the data, fixing issues from every event post load, Data integrity recons, data warehouse recon with client systems, lessons learned discussion, and preparation for next event until prod/go-live
- System integration testing to check the data flow between systems prior to any events and liaising with tech team to purge the application prior to any weekend/weekday event for smooth conversion load
- Following a waterfall approach and keeping a track on the events like Damp run, Dry run, JSIT (Joint system integration testing- both BUAT & CUAT), Dress rehearsal and Production events occur every 6 weeks running up until production.
- Maintaining score card, run book (Checklist for all the work streams participating in events), Coordinating with multiple work streams (i.e. OTC, Bank loans, Pricing, testing, development, PMO, reconciliation, data management, ops readiness, asset control teams etc.), plan preparation, contacts list maintenance , logging the timelines of project with landing spot committee.
- Facilitating calls for the run book activities of all the work streams like technology, application environment availability for both upstream and downstream application, data management, transaction management, internal conversion team etc. for both weekday and weekend events
- Facilitating meeting for Go/No Go decisions on project implementation specific to Data Conversion.
- Facilitating & Scheduling training for the team on any process miss out or any process enhancement required prior to the next event.
- Logging in the project updates in JIRA application

- Worked for GNR Team which is a part of Port admin. Preparing portfolio data for analysis and performance evaluation, assist in resolution of all issues occurring with the funds & related processes.
- Respond to Client/ Portfolio Manager requests as necessary. Sign off on NAV impacts greater than stated thresholds and seek further authorization, if required.
- Prepare and review the reports with necessary documents for accuracy prior to NAV dissemination.
- Review Fund information prepared for external/Internal auditors and liaise with NAV services to resolve the issues.
- Also worked in transition of Sydney and Hongkong NAVs from India and a portion of NAV operations from Bangalore to Hyderabad region, which was a successful project from my end.
