Carphone Warehouse is a UK based telecom project. It supports and maintenance different applications CMP, MyApp and MyAccount. It deals with the billing and support operations of the end customers.

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge on writing SQL queries and understanding the database, database relation. Extract reports based on Client requirements.
• Work on BUGS on Test environments and resolve. To check for issues on LIVE environment and raise them to Development team.
• Work on Service requests and incidents, adhering to SLA's to Change Management.
• Improve existing scheduled report's execution time by converting from WRKQRY to efficient SQL code.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Experienced in completing Change Requests within the deadline and delivering on time.
• Test and debug programs for any issues in data.
• Resolving new issues and documenting them for furutre reference to team.

Project Description:
BT's Customer Service System(CSS) is operational support system for BT. It manages the process of a customer journey, starting from the initial including billing of the customer depending upon various order associated with the customer till the time the customer keeps the relationship with BT.
Responsibilities:

• Solved Bridges cases.
• Prepared Low-level designs, Code, Unit Test Specifications, Unit Test Plans and test logs for Maintenance Release according to the requirement.
• Conducted Self-review, performed Unit Testing and VVT for Maintenance Releases.
• Worked for Migration project, which is to prepare design and testing documents to Java developers.
