• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Monitor server performance, conduct routine system checks, and implement updates and patches.
  

VMware Administration:

• Configure and manage VMware virtualization technologies, such as ESXi and vCenter.
• Create and deploy virtual machines, ensuring proper resource allocation and performance optimization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the virtual infrastructure and take corrective actions.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtualized environments.
  

Security Implementation:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures for Windows servers and VMware environments.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Monitor logs and perform regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  

Server Hardware Maintenance:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware.
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware support and issue resolution.
  

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve server and virtualization-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues outside regular business hours.
