Joined Accenture on 29th Novemeber 2021 and went through basic training programme till 11th March 2022.
Worked as windows server administrator and VMware administrator in Accenture from 05 April 2022 till 28 FEB 2023 and provided remote support.
Project Name: Corteva Agriscience: Server build, Installing, Configuring and Administrating Windows Server - 2008, 2012, 2016,2019.
Have performed firmware upgrade on Host and applying the security Patches to the host.
VM migration from one Datacentre to another.
Deploying VMs by Templates.
Maintenance activity of Disk space issue, CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization and Disk Usage.
Taking care of servers failed in Monthly Patching cycle and installing them manually.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RDS Licensing.
Decommissioning of the servers.
Server Snapshot Management.
Electrical maintenance task.
ESXI Decommission and clearing monitoring alerts, healthchecks.
Adding and removing the servers in SCOM Monitoring tool - Configuration and Administration of servers associated with the tool.
Monitoring and troubleshooting server performance related considering parameters such as Restarting and Maintaining the Services of the servers.
Relevant hands-on experience on VCenter Management.
Supporting end users on complex technical issues problems related to applications, and servers, accessing shared drives and paths.
Resolving Incidents, Change, CTASK, STASK considering SLA.
We used to contribute to managing the CMDB data.
Resolving user tickets by connecting over one-to-one call.
As per client requirements worked on installation of application in the server.
Experience on Virtualization, ESX, VMware, Install / Configure /Upgrade Virtual platform environment, understanding of virtualization technology on VMWare, creating, configuring.
Deploying of virtual machines from templates, troubleshooting issues related to Virtual Machines.
Cloning of Virtual Machines, vMotion and Storage vMotion of virtual Machines.
Template creation for all version of O.S for our environment.
Snapshot creation, troubleshooting of issues with VM.
Performance monitoring for Windows physical servers and VMs.
Performing virtual machine migration by using different migration process.
Deploying virtual machines from template.
Performing cloning for virtual machines and converting virtual machines to template.
Performing Server Decommissioning, Snapshots management, Server upgrades.
Handling Incident/Change task for Windows servers.
Responsible in managing vSphere servers and their respective guest virtual machines by Consolidating the disks, managing resources like CPU and Memory, Power state of VM's and upgrading the VMware tools for best performance.
