  • Monitor Tehsil wise performance for each set of Dealer.
  • Maintain market share Tehsil wise as per target.
  • Meet sales targets assigned for territory through the dealers - both in terms of Wholesale as well as in Retail numbers.

  • Generate ideas/programs for promotion of products, and implement the programs to develop the market
  • Provide feedback to Regional Manager/Head Office on the product performance, competitor activities and latest trends in the market for helping in evolving competitive strategy.
  • Forecast sales in the assigned territory (both in terms of volume and models required) so as to match supply as per demand, having control on inventory.
  • Search for prospective sub-dealers for good area coverage.
  • Track enquiries Sourcewise as well as Modelwise wise so as to ensure achievement of target & market share.
  • Maintain proper stock & aging days for each dealer.
