Initiatives on Improving Delivery Speed

• Program Managed Pan India Metro Air-shipping for Myntra and introduced M-Express and 2 Day deliveries for all the inventory orders
• Introduced express shipping method in coordination with Product/Tech to enable preferential processing of shipments

SCM Control Tower Ops & Analytics

• Handled entire SCM control tower monitoring and developed dashboards giving in depth analytical insights on each experience metrics
• Lead the development of dashboards giving Lane level Insights of Promises at Pan-India level, improving Precision on platform by 1 days
• Developed NPS model by incorporating all the input experience metrics explaining the deviations & giving actionable insights
