Over three years of corporate experience with a background in psychology. I am consistently working towards emotionally enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace environment. Adept in
performing within high-pressure and deadline-driven environments. Strong proficiency in growing professional network, influencing decision-makers and devising successful strategies. Collaborative and strategic team player with robust background in interpersonal relationship management. I am proficient in researching, writing, and editing diverse content. I am experienced in coordinating projects, programs, and improvements. I enjoy learning new concepts and applying what I've learned to make a difference in the bigger picture.
I find human behavior very fascinating, so I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Behavioral Science at Christ University.
Outside of work, I volunteer for a mental health NGO called "The Bright Side Foundation," which aims to create mentally healthy communities in India.
In my free time, you would find me watching intriguing documentaries on animal behavior and the cultural behavior of humans, Netflixing or pestering my cat

Splendor 2021 - Inclusive International Conference on the Future of Education

• Managed the project's outreach team, which included bringing in exceptional educators, academics, and enthusiasts, as well as facilitating synergetic collaborations to increase the reach, impact, and implementation of new breakthrough ideas.
• Reached the target of acquiring 1000 attendees and 50 delegates to attend the conference

Project Umeed

• Covid mental Health relief work that has 5 mission goals: Awareness, wellbeing webinars, art therapy, free counseling services, and psychological first aid.
• As part of the awareness mission published an article in the e-newspaper "Telangana today"
• Successfully completed the psychological first aid training to be able to facilitate PFA sessions

Wind Beneath the Wings

• A course to enable adolescents to discover themselves, learn about their emotions, manage their emotions, build positive relationships, create strong support systems and learn how to support others with mental illnesses.
• Successfully completed the course to facilitate the sessions.

The Giving Tree

• Non-profit initiative to teach english language to children at government schools, low income private schools, orphanages.
