• Conduct business and industry research, handling consulting assignments/projects such as market intelligence, market assessment, and opportunity assessment through both primary and secondary research methods
• Provide recommendations derived from thorough research findings
• Perform financial statement analysis by comparing and analyzing actual results with planned and forecasted data
• Currently leading a 2 FTE account for a US-based Private Equity firm, in addition to handling various ad-hoc projects
• Supervise and train a team of 10 associates

Role: IFRS Reporting, Consolidation adjustment journals, Tax and ARA for HSBC France

• Preparation of internal regulatory returns and financial statements, including notes to accounts, for for earnings release, interim report, annual report for HSBC France
• Ensuring appropriate Reconciliation & Validation controls are applied to maintain consistency of accounting processes across the submissions
• Produce and analyze ad-hoc management information requests to support audit controls and compliance measures

• Served a global investment bank and Hong Kong FIG sector with end-to-end management and support in industry, business and financial research
• Conducted comparable company valuations, M&A transaction comps analysis, and financial benchmarking
• Generated pitch books, company profiles, mini profiles, industry reports and newsletters
• Performed financial statements analysis to provide insights and support informed decision-making
• Provided guidance and mentorship to a team of 5 associates
