- Working as a centralized regional SPOC for all customer queries comes from the Western region.
- Collecting and managing updates from all our partners across the western region, and updating our internal database.
- Managing escalated cases coming from the service head and resolving their queries proactively while connecting with local engineers and service center partners.
- Connecting with the logistics team to get the exact ETA for the assignments given to them, and updating the same to the partners.
- Using HP tools, i.e., CDAx and GN Pro Tool, are used to check the case history of each case.
- Maintaining and sharing the daily Red Flag customer tracker by convincing and negotiating with our internal team members, or higher management.
- Assigning escalated cases to the respective partners to resolve the customer queries at their end, and taking updates for the same at the end.
- Managing escalated cases coming from the HP care mailbox and tracking the respective cases E2E.
- Taking proactive measures to resolve the customer queries to avoid further escalation at the management level.
