  • Then re-installed all the CUCM using OVA template in enterprise UCS server
  • Up-gradation of CIMC firmware and EXSI:
  • EXSi version running on UCS C210 M2 was version 4.1
  • Upgraded the EXSi version to version 5.5 along with the up-gradation of CIMC version compatible to the new EXSi version
  • Teaming of NIC ports on UCS server for network redundancy:
  • There was no redundancy available at UCS server for CUCM
  • As there were dedicated ports of VMs connected directly to either primary L3 switch or secondary L3 switch
  • Planned and implemented NIC teaming such that even if one of the core switch goes down, still the VMs will be reachable through other L3 switch
  • Implementation of Ameyo Contact Center:
  • Configuration Customized OS as a platform for Ameyo application
  • Configuration on Call flow & customized the call flow of ameyo scrip
