Worked on the development of application-MD Request Manager which aims to raise requests for medical devices and documents of a JNJ product.

Key responsibilities:

• Worked on the development of request submission page which allows users to submit their requests.
• Worked on designing application's process models,reports and rules.
• Handling PROD support tickets related to this application
• Worked with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for future updates to the application.
• Conducted Knowledge Transfer section to the new team members in the application.

Create reusable objects that can be used in any application

Some examples:

• Created an interface object to edit a read-only field.
• Created rules to set the process name,task name and record title.
• PROD Support Tickets (2021- Present)

Actively works on production support tickets for multiple applications.

Key responsibilities:

• As a senior offshore team member,I will be responsible for assigning tickets related to specific applications to other offshore associates who have prior experience working on those applications.
• If a ticket requires significant updates, user story will be created and added to sprint.
• Connect with the requester of the ticket to understand the correct scenario.
