- Production Operations Management: Good hands-on experiences in managing field production activities, which includes overseeing operations and management of various process installations (Wellhead operations, Fluid Separation, Early production Systems, Water Injection Stations, Re-Injection Central Tank Farm, Intra field and trunk line pipeline maintenance, Chemical Enhanced oil recovery, ASP operation, etc.)
- Currently working as control room in-charge responsible for handling operations of 120 artificial lift flowing wells, 75 injector wells including 35 polymer injectors and produced water re-injection facility (PWRI) which includes operation of three and two phase separators, high pressure pumps.
- DCS panel operations with Yokogawa Centum.
- Monitoring of wells with Artificial lifts ( PCP, ESP, JP).
- Project Management: Extensively involved in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking for key development project. Being a part of commissioning team have commissioned various project which includes commissioning of 14 in-fill wells with surface facilities and artificial lifts.
- EOR (Enhance Oil Recovery) – Development of Modular skid-based polymer facility managing 22KBPD concentrated polymer preparation, Dedicated CS and RTP pipeline network of 30 KM for polymer injection across Reservoir of 12 Sq.KM using 34 Wells.
- Played a key role in erection and commissioning of BPWRI project worth ~3.2 million USD and Bhagyam degassing project worth ~2.6 million USD for enhancement of crude of oil production and eater injection by 30% that includes technical solution, resource management & vendor.

- Working closely with Reservoir, Projects team for well and surface system delivery to optimize production and handling well integrity issue.
- Being a part of project team Organizing and holding contractors, Vendor's pre-award/ post-award clarification & kick off meetings for Engineering / delivery packages, preparing agenda of the meeting and necessary coordination with the disciplines
- Responsible for overall planning and execution of Production operation activities which includes Surface as well subsurface related Planned and breakdown maintenance activities
- Supervise daily production planning, de-bottle necking and management of field operations.

- Implemented automated Well test selection real time MPFM data, well test validation and model update, well test priority and Production Allocation.
- Involve in Safety studies like HAZOP, HAZID, QRA etc
- RCA analysis w.r.t well failure or tripping of down hole pump
- MASSP and MAWOP study.
- Automated production surveillance dashboard for PCP Wells and Chemical EOR facility
- Coordinate with Well Services, Reservoir & Facility Operations team in planning of Rig fewer well interventions with slick line/E-Line for BHP survey, JP change out, MPLT.
- Prepare SOW, TBE.
- Analysis of Oil, Gas and Water quality parameters like Pour point, BS&W, viscosity
- Surface flow testing (SWT) of producing wells to identify flow parameters and well behaviors & verify through MPFM.
