Program Management

• Leading the end to end (E2E) user experience & Accounting performance verification for AWS Cloud launch in the Republic of Indonesia, which is set to go live in 2025 and is projected to generate a revenue of USD 2.28Bn over the next 5-years (2025 - 2029)
• Led the QA (Quality assurance) & Financial accuracy evaluation for new AWS Marketplace Seller Of Record (SOR) launch in South Korea which is projected to generate USD 600 Mn over the next 5-years (2024 - 2028)
• Lead the launch for AWS India CSOR (Configurable Seller of Records) which enabled 82K AWS India customers to shift their geographical location to any where in the world by updating the Tax setting & billing address.
• Led the global launch of AWS India products - UPI (Unified payments Interface) which now represents 33%+ of overall payments made to AWS India & AWS India COFT (Card on File Tokenization) which helped 71K AWS India customers to save their cards on console as per the directives set by Govt Of India.
• Active Collaboration with cross functional team, tech & non-tech, Technical Program Managers (TPMS), Finance, Product, Legals, & Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new SOR systems.
• Addressed and resolved technical, financial, and operational concerns by working with team members and directors.
• Identified and resolved issues during testing phases, ensuring system accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Product Management

• Led the AWS Payments Jade Fixed Fx program with over USD 1Bn+ in revenue. Jade allows strategic Institutional customers to sign a private Fx agreement (PFXA) to secure a fixed Fx deal (USD to Local currency) for their monthly Invoices, thereby cushioning them from the market Fx rate fluctuations.

Workflow Management

• Built workflow to Intake incoming tickets via Rapid Issue Verification & Error Resolution (RIVER) for the entire ACT Payments team across India & USA. This Involved creating an interactive RIVER workflow for the top 19 contributing Issue types, with each step dedicated to Instructions, desired information, In scope & Out scope and providing Internal & External documentation. RIVER workflow helped reduce the Total time to resolution (TTR) of tickets from 21 days to 7 days.

Operational Efficiency

• Handled 26% 3383 of the entire 12,861 ACT Payments pillar ticket volume along with building the RACI charts covering 20 Issue types for ACT Payments pillar, divided in 5 categories to ensure that the Internal stakeholders know the boundaries of ACT payments team & made this available on the team landing page.

• Managed a team of Analysts, ensuring that all key metrics of performance (KPI) are met and exceeded along with adherence to service level agreements SLA's
• Defining metrics for the team in order to perform the quality checks and liaising with various teams internally & externally to provide timely fix to the issues.
• Daily Internal & External reconciliations of investor money and bank accounts and fixing any & all discrepancies along with daily Cash Position reporting of Investor & corporate bank accounts.
• Identify, analyze & address potential variances (shortfalls / surpluses) in client money bank accounts to avoid client money breaches & Risk.
• Produce reports of outstanding items for the team & publishing management information reports (MIS)
• Experience in using money movement applications like, Global cash movement (GCM), Money transfer system (MTS) & SWIFT.
• Retrieves and monitors availability of prices, exchange rates, etc and process for various portfolios.
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) of rec breaks and timely fixtures.
• Auditing & Quality check of all Loan operations documents and ensuring accurate and complete packages of loan files delivered over investors portals which include: JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, CITI, AMEX, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America.

• Daily Internal & External reconciliations of client money and corporate bank account and ledgers, including Nostro reconciliations and automated/manual reconciliations.
• Record keeping of Journal entries, internal ledgers, including General Ledger, portfolio management & recording reasons for outstanding items over a set period.
• Monitoring Treasury requirements and pushing trades settlement on client's accounts in order to provide the investment within cut-off timings & correct Net asset value (NAV)
• Produce reports of outstanding items and their aging, also including action steps for resolution.
• Month End & Year End closing of books, along with rigorous investigation & resolution of Open items.
• Leading the team on projects and new initiatives, particularly in respect of client money.
• Testing and implementation of new projects. (UAT & PVT)
• Working on software like JD Edwards, GFAS, Hubble, AutoRek, Composer & Xtrac to ensure all items are reconciled on time, along with quarterly and monthly system health checks.
