• Performed proteomics analysis using nano-LC coupled to mass spectrometry for 50+ clinical samples to identify ocular biomarkers.

• Analyzed high throughput data using bioinformatics approaches, i.e., sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, functional annotation, network analysis etc.

• Performed metabolomics profiling of 200+ clinical samples using UHPLC-MS to discover the biomarkers for Endophthalmitis.

• Successfully performed immunofluorescence staining to discover the localization of new synaptic proteins in human retinal layers.

• Collected and enumerated 500+ air samples collected from ICU and OPD to determine the efficiency of air-purification by a novel technology z-box.

• Identified and characterized bacteria and fungi collected form OPD and ICU.

• Analysed IgG2 purity (200+) using CE-SDS and CZE (capillary zone electrophoresis) to understand the application of capillary electrophoresis in protein purity and charge variant analysis.

• Identified glycans in the protein samples using HPLC.
