• Then drove Process Excellence and Transformation initiatives - led a team of process excellence specialists responsible for driving transformation initiatives through various technology and process based levers like RPA, Analytics, location strategy, Process mining, Prohance and HyperAutomation

• Helped a client set up their Finance Centre (a leading US Insurance client) in India in Bangalore and Gurgaon through the BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) model
