• Diagnosing the circuit fault and providing the resolution to get the issue resolved
• Working on various stabilizing parameters of circuit like SNR (Signal to Noise ratio), REIN (electrical noise) identification to proactively reduce the circuit issues
• Manually build the circuit on RADIUS for resolving the authentication issues
• Checking and matching the BRAS profile with the downstream speed of circuit in case it’s stuck or mismatched
• Using TELNET for circuit cease and re-provide (rebuild for ADSL)
• Working on all ADSL, SDSL and FTTx circuits for performance issue
• Raising openreach engineer tasks with respect to test outcome to get the issue resolved for End User
• Monitoring order progression to get delays and exceptions resolved by sending to the concerned backend team or by raising bridge cases
• For ADSL circuits monitoring both linked orders (BB and PSTN) and tasking openreach engineer to get the order completed for customers
• Resolving TAG issues for all inactive and active circuits for service providers.
