Got recognized and awarded at Zonal platform by National Head of Retails Banking and Zonal Manager of CSB Bank, By Circle head & BBH of HDFC Bank for superb contribution in liability, Assets and Income profitability and holding the position in top as a RM in circle.
Ensured that income plans for the month and year are duly met across products.
Achieved portfolio level benchmarks.
Income products were sold to each group of the portfolio in the year.
Ensured that the benchmark sales per day are met.
Customer Service:
Ensure quality customer service is delivered along with attrition control.
Recording complaints as per the specified process along with resolution of complaints received from customers within stipulated TAT.
Preventive complaint management.
Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same.
Operations:
Regular contact is maintained with all portfolio customers such that book size of 14Cr (220) customers of ICICI Bank and 27Cr (150) customers of CSB Bank and 90Cr(200) customers of HDFC BANK are contacted every month and entire portfolio is contacted at least once every quarter.
Customer interactions as well as profile changes (if any) are duly updated on CRM Next.
Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc).
Ensure that 5-S norms are adhered to for individual’s workstation.
