As a Solution Architect, I am responsible for designing solutions for global clients looking to enable Digital Transformation of their finance processes. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Evaluating and responding to various RFI/RFPs released by clients for transforming their backend finance processes
  • Driving end-to end deal lifecycle from comprising Solution, Transition, Transformation, Commercials and Solution Defense.
  • Developing proactive proposals for clients in coordination with global sales teams to Upsell/Cross-Sell Solutions to Optimise Clients finance processes
  • Evaluating current process and technology landscapes and suggesting various Digital Transformation interventions to streamline processes to bring them in line with global standards while optimizing costs
  • Devising various Commercial Proposals for the clients
  • Making detailed Solution presentations to Customer Senior Management and getting their buy-in on the Solution
  • Assisting Due Diligence teams whenever required to align the Delivery Team with the Solution as agreed with the Client

Projects Handled

  • Managed over 50 RFP/RFI/Proactive Finance proposals during my tenure with the Organization involving solution design and transformation for Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report scope of services
  • Delivered a win TCV in excess of USD 500 Mn in wins for the organization
  • Successfully managed deals ranging from 100 to 1000 FTEs with a contract value from USD5 Mn to USD150 Mn respectively across multiple industries.
  • Developed a template for accurately performing the Effort Estimation for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Towers

  • Was heading the team responsible for Segmented Product Design, Micro-segmentation & CLM for 8 Telecom Circles. Key Responsibilities within this role included:
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Of 6.2 Cr Vodafone Idea Subscribers generating a monthly revenue of Rs. 35 Cr.
  • Annual Budgeting: Creation of Revenue Forecast basis prevalent market dynamics and developing product-wise annual revenue targets for each circle
  • Revenue Enhancement & Revenue Tracking: Development of new micro-segmentation frameworks for targeted communication at an individual level to increase revenues and constant monitoring of the same. Analysing Product uptake trends and recommending product corrections, if required, basis the product construct.
  • Process Automation & Improvements: Automation of micro-segmentation of various telecom products communications basis subscribers Telecom KPIs like ARPU, Usage trends, Demographics, Handset type etc.
  • Integration of Revenue Enhancing Applications: Integrating third party vendors with VIL systems to assist in a more personalized user experience using Product Recommendation Engines
