In my current role, I hold single-point ownership for the end-to-end solution delivery of Rating and ABMG modules of Amdocs Billing Product, steering them from initial requirement discovery all the way through post-go-live support. A core part of the role involves translating complex business requirements into clear data models, source-to-target mappings, and highly scalable solutions. To make sure our releases are secure and user-friendly, I partner closely with corporate business stakeholders and InfoSec teams to review solutions and to secure vital stakeholder sign-offs, align engineering output with the broader product vision, and constantly refine delivery planning to speed up release cycles.

Following my promotion to Specialist, I took ownership of critical architectural modules like Rating, RLC, and ABMG, where I provided technical guidance on scalable system design and handled problem resolution for our most complex production issues. I regularly delivered high-impact solutions to partners and enterprise clients, using my technical insights to help influence the product’s evolutionary roadmap. In tandem with troubleshooting critical production issues and designing high-impact solutions, I drove automation initiatives that streamlined system complexity and maximised process efficiency. I also took an active role in mentoring junior developers and onboarding new joinees to help them build a deep, comprehensive understanding of the product.

I began my tenure at Amdocs by engineering features for the telecom billing system application, ensuring every update adhered strictly to software engineering best practices. Over these six years, I managed the full lifecycle of multiple modules, taking charge of everything from initial design and implementation to integration testing and documentation. I specialized in debugging and resolving complex live production issues to maintain minimal downtime for telecom operations. To keep our code quality exceptionally high, I actively contributed to our continuous integration (CI) quality gates—including static analysis and build readiness—while collaborating with cross-functional squads to deliver reliable software builds.
