Overview

• The project involves testing the services of end users that actively uses a exhibition platform named “Reed Exhibitions” in both backend and Frontend
• Managed three different teams Software Quality and have created quality metrics and strategy using different test methodologies
• Scripts are written in C# and javascript which tests different services and its UI for an end user to perform operations in their exhibiting site

Roles and Responsibility

• As part of this project I have designed Quality Strategy for this project and streamlined all the quality process and metrics.
• I have also created API and UI automation repository from scratch and integrated into the pipeline
• Pioneered the use of Javascript in the project by conducting POC (proof of Concept) on various tools like Playwright and Supertest and its impact .
• Both the automation are done in C# (Selenium/RestSharp) and handled CICD pipelines in Test Environment and bitbucket for this project.
• Single Handedly handled all the deployments to the production environment.
• Used Selenium Interceptor to Intercept API response and Automated the user scenarios for server errors
• As part of cross browser and cross platform testing I have worked on BrowserStack tool as well.

Overview

• The project involves testing the Authorisation and Authentication of a Spanish cloud bank named “Openbank” in backend
• Scripts are written in java which tests different microservices that authenticates and authorises end user to perform operations in the bank.

Role and Responsibility

• Created a framework which integrates with the developer framework using wiremock and java for isolated service testing
• Implemented Testcontainers to test databases which actively involves migration
• Have created test strategy for a microservice and have influenced the client to follow the same process across all services
• Executed the javascript automation scripts in Cypress for an Admin UI

• Client Kohl’s Corporation
• Project Name Native Apps (Using Perfecto and Headspin cloud)

Overview

• Native Apps tests the mobile retail application named “Kohls” in both Android and iOS channels
• It is an hybrid framework connected to Perfecto Cloud to run tests on devices
• Scripts are written in java which accommodate same functionality for different version of mobile platforms

Roles and Responsibility

• Created a stand alone java class file which tests the performance of the entire app and uploads it in the grafana dashboard using headspin api
• Took care of entire sprint automation for every sprint and completed the automation for new features with maximum functionality coverage
• Reduced manual effort by automating test data which modifies the value at database level and returns the updated value, based on which the validation happens
• Implemented soft assert using Perfecto Reportium Client library which fails the test at the end of the execution
• Reviewed the team's code to maintain the code’s quality and mentored the new team members whenever necessary
• Guided freshers and other peers in getting a better understanding of the application
• Performed regression activity with release build and filed bugs/defects in JIRA
