Project Title -Salesforce-CRM

• In CRM different types of queries are raised by the customer for multiple issues regarding post disbursement of loan,queries are generated through different ways/methods,TAT are decided to resolve specific queries of the customer for which notifications are being sent to the customer for the respective.

Project Title -Salesforce-B2C Reinvest

• Project aims at the smooth concept of business to customer from any place with higher or lower requirement of personal loan based on area Urban or Rural. The main concept is to provide eligible loan to customer in quick time.

Role & Responsibility:

• Test Case Creation, Execution, Defect Management & Co-ordination with developer
• Testing the masters, application flow in Salesforce Lightening, Community Portals
• Defect Identification and its reporting.
• Co-ordination with different teams to understand the project requirements.
• Regression Testing after the module development and complete testing at initial level
• Sanity Testing after the application deployment in production

Project Title: Purchase order system

• POS- Purchase order system facilities the function of buying materials , components, product,row material at economical cost in timely manner. This conver all types of enquiry , quotation, comparison and approval of purchase order to supplier maintenance bills.

Role & Responsibility:

• Analyzing requirements from SRS document.
• Involved in functional study of the application.
• Involved in test case writing by requirement document.
• Defect were tracked,reviewed analyzed & compared manually & using JIRA.
• Verified and raise a MRs in JIRA.
• Involved in preparation of test summary reports.

Project Title: Jamvee™

• Jamvee™ to bring in a multi-device compatible & cloud-based video conferencing service. The app will be for paid users and will allow access to 46 users for a common session.
• To set up a call, the user only requires a PIN number to enter into the Tata Communications network. With the use of this service, the meetings can be done even if the people are widely scattered in the video conferencing room.
