• Implemented Advanced Work Assignment for auto-assigning cases to agents of assignment group using Service channels, Queues, HR Assignment Rules and HR Templates.
• Customized COE Security Policies and ACLs for restricting users, groups with certain roles to access HR cases and HR Dashboards & Reports.
• Incorporated Employee Document Management (EDM) with dynamic security polices, legal hold, retention policies & retention period to specify document duration based on document types and users, preventing updates or purging
  during legal proceedings.
• Successfully developed various HR Services, Record Producers, Service Offerings, User Criteria, HR criteria as per client existing and enhancement design frame.

Virtual Agent

• Designed various Virtual Agent HRSD Topics, Topic blocks and Live Chat, that leads to intuitive user experience by connecting with live agent via AWA & VA live chat support.
• Configured Intents and Utterances for VA using NLU workbench model, including its translations in different languages.
  

Client & Server Side Script

• Hands-on experience on Business Rules, Script Includes, Schedule Jobs and Fix Scripts.
• Developed various Client Scripts, Catalog Client scripts and Catalog UI Policies to view and access certain record producers and HR services to specific group of users.
