  • GL Reconciliation Guest Ledger/City Ledger/Deposit Ledger/Package Ledger
  • Custodian for daily accounting of revenues & ensuring that audit control is adhered through policies and procedures in accordance with company standards
  • Scrutinizing following reports on daily basis and highlight any deviations to Concerned HOD, DOF & GM on critical cases
  • Adhering to the Pre-Auth policy of the Unit and communicate any deviations to the appropriate HOD (DOF, DOR, FOM)
  • Responsible to prepare the Group reconciliation statement of each Group booking (Corporate/Social) by following Contract/Addendum/Group Resume and ensuring revenue has raised against minimum guaranteed room nights, no shows, etc
  • Ensuring revenues of shop rental, Forex revenues & other Misc
  • Income are accounted for in the same month
  • Preparation of Cashier summary report (Due back Clearance & Cash Sales-Bridge Account)
  • Conduct surprise cash float audit once in a week and review the cashier overage and shortage
  • Assisting Credit Manager with OTA - Commission process
  • Preparing cover report on weekly basis and upload it in Sun system
