• Multi Section Digital Axle counter for “C” cabin of Tata Steel Plant at Kalinga Nagar
• Modification of Route Relay Interlocking System for Lucknow and Kanpur stations

• Completely responsible for Supply Business of Metal-to-Metal type Railway Signaling Relay Groups and Point machines across Indian Railways with Yearly volume of INR 200 Million
• Co-ordination with Factory and Vendors for production planning to ensure on-time delivery with minimum inventory cost
• Siemens Representative at RDSO, Mumbai for pre-dispatch inspection for all Signaling Products
• Successfully completed the Export order for 1350 nos of Point Machines (INR 250 Millions) from PRASA (Passenger Rail Agency South Africa) for Gauteng Signaling Project Phase-2 in FY15 to FY17

• Responsible for Bidding and Proposal Management for Supply Business of Metal to Metal Signaling Relays and Point Machines form Customer enquiry till Order receipt
• Survey of annual Pink Book (Indian Railway budget) to identify and target the upcoming Signaling opportunities across Indian Railway
• Monthly tracking & monitoring of all the relevant tenders floated by all Railway Zones across Indian Railway

• Responsible for Supply Business of AWS (Auxiliary warning System) in Mumbai Division of Central Railway & Western Railway
• Successfully completed the supply order for 123 sets of AWS On-Board units for New EMU coaches of Western Railways, Mumbai Division
• Handled the execution of repair and maintenance contract from Central & Western Railways for all AWS equipments (On-board as well as Trackside Equipments)
