• Design and Development of all all type of Undercount Refrigerators, Back Bar units and Food Warmer Cabinets.
• Creating conceptual design and general assembly/layout drawings for customer approval with using Solidworks.
• 3D modeling and 2D drafting of all sheet metal parts, machining parts and weldments as per ASME Standards.
• Optimize the designs for easy manufacturing and assembly (DFMA).
• Handling activities like design review, design update, quality check, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Finding alternate or equivalent standard components or supply sources based on requirements.
• Following NSF, OSHA, RoHS Certifications for Food Safety and standards in designing.
• Maintaining engineering documents like ECN, BOM, specification sheet, and minutes of meetings.
• Ensured project deliverables meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Working on the complete product life cycle from concept, design, development, and testing.
• Working at client locations as a team to provide continuous and dedicated engineering support in executing the project with effective use of time and resources.
• Involved in engineering calculations related to the driving system, Shaft deflection, and power requirements.
• Effectively involved in managing and leading a team to complete CAD conversion jobs on time.
• Involved in carrying out Structural Failure analysis by linear static analysis method.
• Involved in preparing engineering drawings for manufacturing using GD&T.
• Addressing engineer change requests and maintaining ECN documents.
• Planning, prioritizing, and tracking the assigned tasks within the team to deliver the project on time.
• Ensured project deliverables with minimum or no errors.
• Working parallel with the manufacturing team to improve design and manufacturing process.
