Fall Risk Analysis:

Its an ensemble model which combines weighted formulae based on clinical experts input and Neural Network. Goal of the project is to predict fall risk among senior citizens and reasons for the fall in skilled nursing facilities(SNF). It helped clients to identify early fall risk of the residents and prevent it by adding appropriate care plans.

Change In Condition Analysis:

Its a formulae based mathematical model that can able to identify changes in residents clinical condition in real time that triggers clients to optimise their staff and allocate care units as per residents clinical condition.

COVID-19 Severity Risk Analysis:

Its an ensemble model which combines weighted formulae based on clinical experts input and Logistic Regression. This model is created in short span of time in the urgency of COVID-19. It helped the clients to identify and categorise residents based on their risk severity to organise COVID Vaccines and respective treatments.

Responsibility :

• Worked with stakeholders to develop quarterly road maps based on impact, effort and test coordination.
• Coached and mentored junior data scientists on data science and data mining techniques.
• Extracted and assessed data from 100's of databases to drive improvement of product development and business strategies and processes.

BigDecisions is Cognizant's in build data platform that supports end to end data solutions.

Responsibility:

• One of active member of designing Interactive Analytics Workbench(changed as Datascience Workbench) – Analytical workbench inside BigDecisions Platform.
• Responsible to lead data science team to develop sophisticated analytical algorithms to handle real world analytical use cases using BigDecisions Platform.
• Responsible of design, developing and implementing machine learning Java library called StatisticsUtil which is backbone of Interactive Analytics Workbench.
• Responsible of design, developing and implementing machine learning Scala library called SparkAnalytics which is backbone for Big data analytics.
• Responsible of designing, developing and implementing Analytical Pipeline, where user can chain multiple analytical components of various languages and execute it as batch operation.
• Responsible of designing, developing and implementing Data Exploration component, where user can explore statistics of data.
• Responsible of designing, developing and implementing Model Management component where user can do all post model activities like deploy, publish as web service, re-tune and re-calibrate analytical models.

Most digital information today is captured with the aid of devices, hence device downtime's can have adverse impact on operations and thereby profits. Where devices are installed at the customer site, it is imperative that the service is not disrupted by device failure. nXg uses advanced analytics to accurately predict device failures and generate a holistic picture of device health and to improve overall business performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility:

• One of founding member of designing nXg Device Analytics.
• Responsible for implementation of Device Failure Prediction mechanism which uses Accelerated Failure Time(AFT) model to predict when a device is going to fail and what is the likelihood of failure using logistic regression.
• Responsible for predicting root cause for device failure by applying collaborative filtering.
• Responsible for creating a model which predicts device life span.
• Responsible for migrating R based analytical solutions to Spark Scala applications.
• Responsible for creating Device Failure Monitoring Dashboards on QlikView.
• Responsible for creating QlikView extension, which is used to visualise Root Cause network for Device Failures.
• Responsible for creating extension which integrates R with QlikView for near real time device failure monitoring.
