• Planned and designed PBS system with 617 docking stations and 5,000 bicycles.
• Managed engagement between CSCL and private partner (Smart Bike Tech Pvt. Ltd.) for capital and operational responsibilities.
• Developed strategies for bike rentals, subscriptions, helpline, and GPS-enabled locks.
• Coordinated 24/7 monitoring center operations and grievance redressal.
• Achieved 8.3 lakh rides, saving 825 MT CO₂ emissions, promoting non-motorized transport.

Integrated Command & Control Centre – Chandigarh

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team implementing ICCC for smart city operations.
• Managed project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversaw integration of IoT devices, CCTV, sensors, and data analytics for real-time urban management.
• Implemented command center software for emergency response and decision-making.

GIS-Based Map Portal – Municipal Corporation Chandigarh

• Conducted geospatial analysis, created GIS layers for SBM and other initiatives.
• Designed and developed departmental and citizen GIS portals.
• Managed GIS activities, quality standards, and data capture for multiple municipal projects.
