• Contributed to substation project requirements with detailed designs of steel structures, including Converter Buildings, GIS & Storage, CWC cooler system, transformer support beams, pipe racks and stair towers using DLUBAL RSTAB for structural analysis.
• Addressed complex design challenges through strong analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving. Demonstrated proficiency in Eurocode-based steel design and adherence to National Standards & Building Requirements tailored to client specifications.
• Executed detailed tasks such as 3D structural member arrangement, wind and snow load calculations, load combinations, tension-only bracing, buckling, stress and cross-sectional analysis,cold-formed design for runner-purlins, torsion and base plate design,HILTI Profis and connection detailing for bolts in concrete, including supplementary reinforcement .
• Prepared submission documents like structural design reports, connection force reports, and IFC drawings, collaborating closely with reviewers, designers, and interdisciplinary departments, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and Siemens standards.
• Advanced organizational development work: 1) Developed a workflow procedure for automatically generating wind load inputs for cladded buildings in DLUBAL RSTAB, significantly optimizing work hours.
  2) Created an Excel spreadsheet tool for design and calculation of shear forces in anchor bolts at column base plate connections without requirements of shear keys, incorporating calculations for supplementary reinforcements as well.

• Trained with the workflow of Siemens Energy and Siemens Power Engineering Ltd. (SPEL) for clarity and understanding of organization strategy required for the energy transition.
• Developed detailed knowledge of working codes & standards which include,but not limited to EN1991-1,EN 1993-1,EN 1992-4,BS national annexes,etc.
• Worked in close coordination with senior engineers for the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems.

• Designed and analyzed a G+3 residential building structurally using STAAD Pro, considering Dead Load, Live Load, and Seismic Load.
• Prepared column schedule and footing details utilizing MS Excel and results from STAAD Pro.
• Acquired knowledge of construction process for a G+9 Multi-Level Car Parking (superstructure) at NDITA, Salt Lake.
• Learned about Pile cap construction in foundation and concreting works (substructure) of Multi-Level Car Parking at Alipore, Kolkata.
