- To ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the accounting standards by reviewing the day-to-day job performance of other team members.
- Debtors & Creditors management by preparing customer & vendor ageing and ensure timely collections of payments.
- Record monthly accruals into books which help the management to better manage their finances for future contingencies.
- Responsible for Drafting Balance Sheet and financial Statement within the company.
- Filling monthly and Annually GSTR Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, TDS and TCS of GSTR return, Reconciliation of Annual return and Filling GSTR 9 and 9C).
- Bank Reconciliation on daily basis. Coordination with bank for various inward & outward remittance, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposits, etc.
- Assist in internal audit & statutory audit on annual basis.
- Computation of statutory dues and filing of GST Returns & TDS Returns. Taking care of all notices received from Tax Authority, if any.
