- Follow up for Commodity with Domestics & Import suppliers.
- Arrange samples from vendors with full PPAP documents, which can fulfill our requirements.
- Maintain Customer annual forecast in SAP System.
- To ensure that action plan made for customer complaint are implemented and then result are monitored.
- Reduce MUDA & Abnormality from the process.
- Improve Productivity and Safety by 5S, Kaizen, FIFO, Poka-Yoke, 3M, 3R activities.
- Responsible for review of FMEA, APQP, PPAP's, Control Plan, PFD, Process
& Product Specifications. - Review and verify of drawings for customers Approval.
